Find your ideal (holiday) job online

As I posted earlier, by now nearly everyone in Europe, and most likely also big parts of America and Asia are in their summer holidays right now; the ideal moment to go on a nice trip, or as a lot of scholars and students prefer, the ideal moment to look for a holiday job to earn some extra income or in order to buy whatever gadget or item you’ve been wanting for ages.

Just like in every seasonal or otherwise recurring opportunity for companies to get some extra exposure, and thus more income, also for this occasion various companies are advertising their websites. One of them is Fish4, a company that offers various marketing tools for both consumers and companies.

One of the big features, or perhaps rather subjects, on their webpage is their recruitment section. Using this part of the site is very easy, though mainly aimed at the American or English market, judging by the lack of recognition of other European cities or zip codes. Nonetheless, their search engine offers various options to enhance your search and return the best jobs for your needs. Options include the working hours, location, job type, salary, sector and various others.

It might not be as interesting as I’d hope it could be for people looking for holiday jobs, considering the site is aiming at the more adult market – especially considering the relatively high price to upload your CV or a job offer. Nevertheless a highly interesting site, especially when you’re looking for IT related jobs in the English speaking world.
