Reduce your English accent with proper training

Every non-native English speaker knows it, it’s almost inevitable that people will hear your accent and notice that you’re not that American guy they expected. On the other hand, when doing business with people from the UK, you might not want to be talking with your die-hard Texas accent, but instead more ‘British’ English.

This is where accent reduction courses come in use. Sadly the target group isn’t quite the ‘regular’ people but rather CEO’s and other executives, but nonetheless it’s a nice opportunity. Perhaps they might offer this kind of courses for students as well later – I’d certainly consider taking that chance when I can.

    Mmm…personally I hate the English accent, and imo people should talk with the accent they have naturally :P
